Although some birds are still kept in small flocks in extensive systems, most birds available in the market today are reared in intensive commercial enterprises. Selective breeding for fast growth, egg-laying ability, conformation, plumage and docility took place over the centuries, and modern breeds often look very different from their wild ancestors. Domesticated chickens may have been used for cockfighting at first and quail kept for their songs, but soon it was realised how useful it was having a captive-bred source of food. This may have originally been as a result of people hatching and rearing young birds from eggs collected from the wild, but later involved keeping the birds permanently in captivity. Although this was believed to have occurred later around 5,400 years ago in Southeast Asia. The recent genomic study involving the four extant Junglefowl species reveal that the domestication of chicken, the most populous poultry species, occurred around 8,000 years ago in Southeast Asia. The word "poultry" comes from the French/Norman word poule, itself derived from the Latin word pullus, which means small animal. The term also includes birds that are killed for their meat, such as the young of pigeons (known as squabs) but does not include similar wild birds hunted for sport or food and known as game. These birds are most typically members of the superorder Galloanserae (fowl), especially the order Galliformes (which includes chickens, quails, and turkeys). Screenshot proof that I’ve earned money on them.Poultry ( / ˈ p oʊ l t r i/) are domesticated birds kept by humans for their eggs, their meat or their feathers. But I do know that if you’re dedicated to doing the surveys, which there are like, 5 available every 2 hours, you’ll get at least a few cents every week, sometimes more. I don’t bother with it much, other than to keep my account active. Payout on ICS is at $2, if I remember correctly. The former is a guaranteed $0.10 every day and more when you get invited to business surveys (payout is at $15) and ICS has multiple surveys every day, mostly user made, but like its name suggest, it’s a sweepstakes/random chance if you win money.
I use both Paid Viewpoint and Instant Cash Sweepstakes (both run by the same company) and they are 100% not scams.
A lot of FR users are young and don’t have a lot of disposable income but do have time, so it might be worth it to them, so I’ll probably leave this up. Thanks for the additional info! I don’t really do those sites so it’s all new to me. but a lot of other people are going to run into a lot of i know you’re a popular blog and you reblogged this, so i’d appreciate if you could suggest that your followers be mindful if they want to try doing surveys for money, because it definitely pays out for some people but it’s also definitely a scam. They pay some people in order to keep up the good reviews and recommendations, like this post you have here. not so good if you’re after a decent amount of cash. not to mention how little money you get for your time. accounts get mysteriously shut down, money is mysteriously never sent, points mysteriously go missing, gift card codes are invalid… etcetcetc.īoth of the sites you mentioned practice the above scams according to multiple reviews.
I have never seen a survey site that pays all its users. however, a lot of surveys will ask you a bunch of questions and then say “sorry, you’re not qualified”. Online survey sites almost always run scams and are hit-and-miss for users This isn’t an ad, just something I thought I’d share with my fellow Flight Rising users. Any sites that work this way would be perfect as well. I personally use Opinion Outpost and I-Say.
Then I have been using that earned money to buy gems. For the past few months, I have been doing online surveys that pay out into my PayPal account. If you have money in your PayPal balance, any purchases you make with PayPal will pull from that balance first. Gems are purchased on Flight Rising through PayPal.
